Plain words about what we collect and why.

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and PIN code. These are needed to deliver your order and keep you updated about it. If you create an account, the same details are saved so you can check out faster and see your order history. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address for that purpose only.
Your details are used to process and deliver your order, send order updates by email or WhatsApp, respond to your questions, prevent misuse of first-order offers, and, if you subscribed, tell you about new arrivals and offers. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank password or full card details. We only receive confirmation that a payment was made against your order.
The website stores small pieces of information in your browser to remember your bag, wishlist, saved checkout details and login session. This information stays on your device and helps the site work smoothly. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
If you leave a review, your first name, rating, comment and any photo you choose to upload may be shown publicly on the website after moderation. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
Only what is necessary, with services that deliver our promises to you: our courier partner receives your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel, and our email service processes order emails. These partners may not use your details for anything else.
Order records are kept as required for accounting and to honour replacements. You may ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep specific order records.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. You can view and edit your saved details in My Account. For any privacy request, write to us at support@maenzraat.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98027 00655 and we will respond promptly.
