Orders of ₹499 or more (item total, before any discounts) ship free anywhere in India. Below ₹499, a flat ₹60 shipping fee applies — you see it clearly at checkout before you pay.
We ship to every serviceable PIN code in India. We do not ship internationally yet — if you are outside India and love a piece, message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can arrange.
Every order is checked, polished and packed with care, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your payment being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are packed the next working day.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Metro cities usually receive parcels sooner; remote areas can take a little longer. Festive seasons and extreme weather can occasionally add a day or two — your tracking always shows the latest status.
As soon as your parcel is booked, we share the consignment number with you by email and WhatsApp. You can follow every step on our Track Order page using your order number and phone number, or from My Account.
Need to correct the address or phone number on an order? WhatsApp us at +91 98027 00655 before the order is shipped and we will update it. Once a parcel is booked with the courier, the address can no longer be changed.
If the courier cannot reach you, they attempt delivery again. If a parcel returns to us as undelivered, we contact you to reconfirm the address and reship it. Please keep your phone reachable around the delivery window.
If the outer packaging looks tampered with or crushed, please record a short video while opening it. If it arrived damaged, email us within 24 hours of receiving it. It is covered by our Returns & Exchange Policy.
