Maenzraat is an online store for artificial and imitation fashion jewellery, operated from Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, and shipping across India. By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Our jewellery is fashion jewellery: it is not made of solid gold or silver. Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to screen settings and lighting.
All orders are paid securely online at checkout — UPI, cards or netbanking. An order is confirmed once payment is verified, and you will receive updates by email and WhatsApp at each stage. We do not offer cash on delivery. If a payment cannot be verified, the order is not processed and any amount received is returned.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and delivered across India, typically within 3 to 7 business days depending on your PIN code. Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. A consignment number is shared as soon as your parcel is booked, and you can follow its journey on the Track Order page. We currently ship within India only.
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is shipped — from the Track Order page or from My Account. If you had already paid, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once an order is shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but our return and exchange policy below still applies.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective due to our error or mishandling in shipping. Email support@maenzraat.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with a clear unboxing video; the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You bear the shipping cost of returning or exchanging an item. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. See the full Return & Exchange Policy. Because these are hygiene-sensitive fashion items at accessible prices, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. First-order offers are limited to one per customer; attempts to claim them repeatedly through new accounts may lead to the order being cancelled. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected misuse, with any payment fully refunded.
By submitting a review or photo you allow us to display it on the website and in our marketing, with your first name. We may decline to publish content that is offensive or unrelated to the product.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.
